im lookin for a king fuck a prince charmin, they're foldin hands i got my whole arm in, heart on my sleeve loose garment, heres food for thought homie ya look starvin, initials on the tree we're carvin, cravin a love so rooted, all the jokers in this court get booted, imma queen heart suited, need a grown brotha to sooth it, all these kidz jus abuse it, throw it away cuz they forgotten how to use it, so i noose it, hangin it from the same tree we carved in to, let it wilt for the winter but then a spring bloom, the same love come back anew, so i chopped the mothafucka down n ripped it out the ground, told em in this soil life cant be found, broke my heart jus to hear the sound, ringing bells wantin to see angels come, unaware he jus lost one, search back to where hes from, name given to a chosen son, greatly protected with a loaded gun, shedding shade from the golden sun, walks in the shadows scared to show his face, respect he couldnt afford far past grace, lies left him with a sweet taste, bitterly he put truth to waste, he couldnt even call me kase, and to think i thought he had what it takes, shamelessly i admit my mistake, i gave my heart to a keeper of the devils gates, as he was dying to play as i was burning to stay, had to split ways lord knows i tried to show him the way, but who am i to say knowin its hard to fly afta a long day, sellin yay on the reg, more than his work he gave, up n down the block to the game a slave, knowin its killin him he works to be saved, a debt over heads worse than waves, to be washed of sin would rid him of all he struggled thru to win, so i made peace with him, told him next life well live together again, close to my heart is where we'll begin, for now silence as we let the music jus spin, theres a new love waiting to come in...
